Opening in April 2018, the Sir John Monash Centre is a state-of- the-art multimedia centre that will tell the story of the Australian Western Front experience through a series of immersive experiences, cutting-edge technologies and personal stories.
Located near Villers-Bretonneux, the Sir John Monash Centre will be a key site for visitors to reflect on the sacrifices made by Australian soldiers during the First World War.
Prospective applicants should note that Locally Engaged Staff position are not entitled to diplomatic conditions of service, and required a valid working visa for France.

Prospective applicants should be aware that a high level of English and French is required to work at the Embassy.

Nevertheless, for SECURITY DESIGNATED POSITIONS, applicants must be a national of Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, or United Kingdom and must be eligible for an Australian Government security clearance.
Persons holding dual French nationality with one of the above nationalities would not be eligible for a security clearance.
